Return orders

When a customer requests for a return, you will receive an return request from OrganicIcon support. If you want any clarifications you can contact the customer by email You can refund a full amount when the return complies with both OrganicIcon and the vendor return policy. If any mismatches and if you think you only owe partial amount to the customer you can return partial amount to customer through this page. Depending on return reasons and your return policies you may/may not refund shipping charges.
