You can manage your merchant account online 24 x 7. Sign-in to you merchant account and click on the control panel on top right corner then click profile under manage profile in the left tab. You have control to modify all your profile information except your email address.
How do I change my password?
There are two different ways to change your password:
1) Sign-in to you merchant account and click on the control panel on top right corner then click profile under manage profile in the left tab, then enter a new Password
2) If you have forgot the password, request for it and an e-mail will be sent to a registered e-mail address
Go to www.organicicon.com, click on My Account and enter your registered email address in the forgot password section.
Important: If you do not remember your registered email account, you will have to contact our customer service phone number or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We do not share your e-mail address and will only ever use it to help you reset your password.
