OrganicIcon.com accepts most new and unopened products that are sold through OrganicIcon.com. We will issue a full refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery. Be sure to read the individual merchant return policies - to absolutely make sure whether the product is returnable or not.
If the return is due to a merchant's error, most of the merchants will pay for the returned item's shipping and handling. The return will not be accepted, if your return matches with any of below scenarios
* If the product is perishable, like grocery products

* Any products missing it's product code

* OrganicIcon.com Gift Certificates
|
|
* Opened and used items
|
|
* Gourmet and flowers gift baskets
|

* Some Jewelery products
|

* If the merchant does not accept the returns

If your product qualifies for a return, log-in to your Organic Icon Account, click on
My Account
and in the order box, click on
Return The Order
link. This will list, your purchases that will be allowed to be returned. If the product is not mentioned that means:

If your product is unopened, unused and is received by the merchant safely without any damages, your charges for that purchase will be refunded as soon as the merchant approves your return. If the return has to do with an error caused by Organic Icon / or the Merchant, the Merchant will issue you a full refund of the product.
If for any reason you have decided to return the product, you will receive the refund for only the price of the product.

If for any reason, you receive a product that you did not order, or if you receive a product with missing parts , you may exchange the defected product with a new product of the same order with no additional shipping cost within 30 days of delivery.For a faster exchange, you may place a new order of the product, once the merchant receives the defected product.
Organic Icon will deduct the previous defective order's charge.
