Raw honey is unheated and unfiltered. It is liquid when it comes out of the honeycomb in the summer and crystallizes into a creamy, spreadable texture in the fall.

This raw organic mutli-floral honey contains natural enzymes and will crystalize over time. To liquify, place jar in warm water (115 degrees) until crystals dissolve.The color of the honey varies throughout the northern growing season depending on the flowers that the bees are foraging on.
