- Pending Orders
These are customer orders for your products and waiting to be acknowledged for shipping, if you have not acknowledge the order, customer will be able to cancel the orders. As soon as you acknowledge the shipping, the customer will not be able to cancel that order.
- Shipped Orders
Once you acknowledged and shipped the products, you will have to enter the shipping details like shipping method, tracking number and expected deliverey date for that order. Order will be eligible for payment from OragnicIcion when you finish entering the shipping details for that order.
- Delivered Orders
When Customer received the products, he/she will have option to mark the order that has been delivered also will have option to review the products and merchant.
- Cancelled Orders
This report will show all orders which were cancelled by customer. In case of cancelled orders, OrganicIcon will refund the full amount to the customer.
- Returned Orders
This report will have all the orders that are returned by the customer. Customer can not return a product without your approval upfront. You will see more details return approval in the next section.
- Acknowledge Orders
As soon customer buys any of your products, you will receive an email notification in your registered OrganicIcon account. First you will have to acknowledge the pending order before you the products to customer address.
